   'Feasting at Home'  best describes the gold medal experience Chef Noel brings to all cooking endeavors.  Grounded in science and nutrition, licensed in Health & Dietetics,  and a culinary school graduate,  her skills read like an alphabet soup of dietary options and adaptability:  vegan,  ketogenic,  gluten free,  pescatarian,  kosher,  plant based,  etc etc etc.  Her true gift however,  is an intense dedication to making her clients healthier.   

     As a Team USA athlete herself,  developing performance enhanced meals for NFL starters, PGA golfers,  MLB players,  parallels the same nutritionally dense and player specific choices she practices herself.   In her mind,  it’s the science behind the meals that supports optimum performance for her athlete clients.  And,  the meals are great!

TRAINING TO EAT RIGHT

'Training doesn't end in the gym,  particularly for young athletes.  Throughout college,  someone has always fed them,  generally there were no names for it.  One of my jobs is to teach them so they can make healthy decisions on the road,  in restaurants,  at the grocery store. '
