Q :  You were a college athlete,  what advice would you give a star athlete transitioning into professional sports?

A:  The athletic competition continues , but the days of studying for exams and balancing class with practice schedules are over.  When competing at the professional level every part of a player's health and wellness regimen is elevated and m ust be running at peak.  You'll have trainers, nutritionists, team doctors and chefs to keep you eating well  However,  it'll be up to you to make sure you're giving your body an adequate amount of time to rest and recover.
