Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Chef Thatcher was always surrounded by food. After enjoying the great food styles of the west, headed east earning a Bachelor's Degree from The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. He's worked in multiple high-end restaurants, private homes, and events spaces throughout the State of New York. With health, allergenic, and organic cuisine knowledge and over ten years of culinary experience he is always evolving to meet the high standards of private and public clients.
