Combining creative passion with traditional culinary skill,  Chef Todd credits his unique insight as a personal chef to private clients and veteran NBA players Terrence Ross and Jerian Grant of the Orlando Magic.  Of course,  this is after a lifetime of absorbing priceless skills from his Grandmother,  certification in Culinary Management, experience in various Orlando area restaurants,  and creating his own catering company committed to health conscious eating.  His  'Date Night' recipe book will be out this summer.
